We seek a Senior Software Engineer to develop internal tools enhancing ESG optimization workflows. This role focuses on building scalable infrastructure and automation, mentor junior developers while collaborating with teams to streamline processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain internal tools to support ESG optimization.
• Expand tooling capabilities for better efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to refine workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in software engineering.
• Strong backend experience in Python.
• Excellent system design skills.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Experience in Jenkins and Groovy – a plus.
• Some frontend experience (React, Angular) – a plus.
