We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Vision Team. We build a perception system that harnesses multiple sensors, fusing their outputs by utilizing a range of tools, from heuristics to SOTA models—deployed across a distributed Cloud/Edge environment, engineered to improve traffic flow and safety and reduce congestion. We take on real technical challenges, value initiative, and give our team the creative freedom to make a real impact.

• Designing and implementing cross functional features involving both algo and real-time software
• Continuously improving our code and infrastructure to facilitate fast development of new features 
• Defining testing methodologies and implementing testing infrastructure
• Work closely with other SW and HW teams, and contribute to implementing, documenting, testing, and designing our perception software.

Requirements

You’d be a good fit if you have:

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
• 5+ years of experience with Linux
• 3+ years of experience working with Python 
• Understanding of containers
• Experience in developing software for resource-limited devices such as embedded systems and IoT hardware
• Familiarity with algorithms/ML, preferably with computer vision 
• Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale production systems with public cloud providers such as AWS.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
