Description
Your day to day will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and understanding the purchase order process
- Performing credit card reconciliations and Conducting bank reconciliations
- Setting up new suppliers
- Issuing withholding tax certificates for international suppliers
- Aging supplier accounts
Requirements
You’d be a good fit if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper
- Experience in the high-tech industry is a significant advantage
- Certified Bookkeeper Level 3 - Must
- Proficiency with NetSuite - Must
- Strong Excel skills -Must
- You’re detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
