Description
As the Director of SaaS Sales, you'll shape and drive NoTraffic’s SaaS sales strategy. You'll lead the development of the sales infrastructure, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and build scalable systems to ensure growth. Your expertise in SaaS sales, particularly in the public sector, will be instrumental in equipping partners and distributors with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
Your day to day will include:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for SaaS growth.
- Build scalable sales processes, systems, and tools.
- Lead SaaS sales efforts, focusing on the public sector.
- Create and deliver sales training for partners and distributors.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive efficiency improvements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to refine strategy.
Requirements
You’d be a good fit if you have:
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record.
- Expertise in public sector sales and government procurement.
- Familiarity with smart mobility or transportation technologies.
- Experience building sales infrastructures from the ground up.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
